Note 1:  These amounts do not include Hawaii taxes and cleaning services.

Note 2:  Total Hawaii taxes are 11.42% and will be added to the bill.

Note 3:  The minimum stay is 4 days.

Note 4:  For stays of less than one week a $100 one time cleaning fee will be added to the total bill. For stays of one week or more there is no cleaning fee. 

Note 5:  Cleaning service is not included with the unit.  We provide cleaning service before you arrive and after you leave.  This includes an initial supply of paper products and bath soap. For short stays, these supplies should be adequate. For longer stays, you will have to replenish the paper supplies and bath soap as needed.  Our local representative is willing to provide additional cleaning services (including restocking paper products) during your stay for a fee.  Fees for additional cleaning services vary depending on the level of service you require.  The unit contains a washer, a dryer, and a dishwasher so most visitors choose not to have additional cleaning services during their stay. 

Rental Terms:  A 30% deposit is due on booking for your first visit.  The full amount (including tax and cleaning fee) is due 30 days prior to your arrival.  The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. 

Payment Methods:  We accept personal checks, business checks, or travelers checks - We do not accept credit cards.

Repeat Visitors:  Repeat visitors receive an additional 10% discount rate and only need to make a 15% deposit at the time of booking.

Check In and Check Out Times: Normal Check Out time is 11:00 a.m. and Check In time is 4:00 p.m.  If we do not have back to back bookings we may be able to vary these times slightly.  However, with back to back visitors this is the minimum time required to clean the unit properly.
